Is There More To The Whopper Virgins Campaign Then A Cheap Commercial?

Today Burger King released there new campaign called Whopper Virgins online. This campaign is being called the purest taste test in all of history as they have people who don't even have a word for burger nor have they ever heard the words mcdonalds or burger king taste test a big mac and a whopper. Now this is definitely more then an 8 minute ad for the company this is a cultural experiment that really makes you think. There is no editing to make it seem like they all liked the whopper in fact half the participants either liked the big mac or had no preference. But what is really interesting is the second half of the short film directed by former skateboarder Stacy Peralta when the crew brings burgers to the villages of those who were in the taste test and to watch as these people who have never seen a burger attempt to eat something so foreign and something we perceive as so normal to us. I highly recommend taking 8 minutes out of your day to watch this.
